A Little About Me.
My journey as a Marriage Celebrant began in early 2019. Coming off a range of varied industries and experiences spanning international multi-sport events, protocol, business and corporate events, I had experienced the highest of highs when years of meticulous planning came together to create an event on the world stage. That adrenalin rush and high was next level. I witnessed the smiles, tears and the ‘wows’ on the faces in the crowds. I was seeking that type of excitement again.
The pandemic bought the world to its knees, and like many, I did a quick pivot like a Ballerina, and here I am in the world of weddings and celebrations—an industry filled with adrenalin and excitement.
I am a stickler for detail, highly organised, I may have a little bit – ok a lot – of OCD, I am as normal as they come (what is normal these days?), I am passionate and engaging and love to tell a story. I will work with couples to create a memorable celebration and orchestrate the buzz, the butterflies and excitement that comes with seeing a loved one dressed to the nines on their wedding day. The ceremony will be all that couples dreamed it would be.
A Marriage Celebrant also needs to take the audience along for the journey - something I can do, hands down. There could be tears, maybe a few wows, and there will be laughter!
Love takes many forms. Whether a young one saving for a first home, someone who has found love again, same-sex marriages or an older one who wants to celebrate and renew their vows, love is simply a beautiful thing. I will make sure couples have absolute confidence in my ability to make their day a massive success.
